About us
The Key Account Management team is the conduit between GESB and WA Public sector employer agencies.
We work with agencies to assist them in meeting their superannuation obligations, providing support with information on our schemes, policies and regulations.
The team also delivers education direct to our members through workplace presentations, question and answer sessions, webinars and the retirement planning seminar program.
Key Account Managers
As the key contacts for employers, Key Account Managers work with specific employer groups to understand each employers’ diverse needs. We provide relevant information and resources on super, including step-by-step guides, reference material, training and support.
Our Key Account Managers meet regularly with senior executives in the public sector to discuss legislative or industry changes that may impact super, explain the super obligations of employers under the State Superannuation Regulations 2001, and provide ad hoc operational support for HR and Payroll staff.
Payroll General
Payroll General is part of GESB’s Finance team and our partner for payment processing for employers. They support employers in using Employer Online and can answer any specific queries from employers about paying their super contributions.
