How can I add my tax file number?

To add your tax file number (TFN), click on the 'personal details' tab on the menu bar at the top of the page in Member Online.

Scroll down to the membership details section and click on the 'update' link.

Enter your TFN in the box provided, which is located towards the bottom of the form.

Next, read and tick the 'member declaration' box.

Then, click 'continue'.

Read the member declaration and tick the box

Double check the information you have provided.

If you are happy with it, click 'submit'.

Confirm your changes

You will then see a confirmation page, showing you that your update was successful.
