June 2017 statements are now available

If you chose to receive your Member Statement electronically before 30 June 2017, your statement is now ready in Member Online.

For all other members, you’ll receive a printed statement in the mail. We’re mailing statements over three weeks starting from 22 September 2017.

If you haven’t received your statement by 31 October, please contact your Member Services Centre on 13 43 72 between 7.30am and 5.30pm (AWST), Monday to Friday.

We’re changing how we keep in touch

With your statement, you’ll find important information on the following changes:

  1. We’re going ‘paperless first’ from 1 January 2018. This means if we have your email address, we’ll provide your Member Statement and other important information about your account electronically, unless you tell us you’d prefer printed communications.
  2. You’ll receive your statement annually from now on. Your next statement, for the 2017/18 financial year, will be available during September 2018.
