Tricia has extensive experience working with employers and members to improve their financial literacy and retirement outcomes. She is our Key Account Manager for a number of agencies, including the Department of Justice, Department of Communities and Port Authorities.

She has more than 25 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, having worked in the banking, finance and financial planning sectors. This includes seven years of employer and member relationship management for corporate and industry super funds, with experience in both accumulation and defined benefit schemes. Her previous employers include National Australia Bank, St. Georges Bank, Mercer and UniSuper.

Tricia holds a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University, as well as a number of other super and financial planning qualifications.
