Family Law
Family Law legislation allows separating couples to value their super and 'split' or 'flag' their super according to a court order or an agreement.
For GESB members, their super entitlement and the way it can be split with their ex-partner is specified under State Superannuation Regulations, not Commonwealth regulations.
