Diversity and inclusion
Our members are diverse and so is our workplace. This is why we are inclusive, welcoming and respectful.
We understand we have a special responsibility to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse people, women, youth, people living with disability, and people of diverse sexualities and genders.
We support them in our workforce through a range of programs and plans that have been informed by partnerships with not-for-profit employer organisations such as the Australian Disability Network, and Diversity Council Australia.
