We have a new phone line for advisers

At GESB, we’re always looking for ways to improve outcomes for our members. This includes providing the support you need to manage your clients’ accounts with ease.

As part of this commitment, we have opened a dedicated phone line for advisers to help you get in touch with us sooner and reduce wait times.

Our Adviser Direct number is 08 9211 6690.

If you need help completing forms, applying for a third-party authority or have questions about your client’s super account, you can contact us on 08 9211 6690 between 7.30am and 5.30pm (AWST), Monday to Friday.
