Do I have to use my member number to login?

No you don’t. While you do need your member number to register for Member Online, you can choose to use your email address as your username. We’ll confirm your user name in the registration confirmation email. If you are already registered, you can update your username in the personal details section, once you have logged in.

If you share your email address with another member and one of you chooses this email address as their username, the other person will need to use their member number as their username.
