We conduct regular research to help ensure we are providing our members with the best service possible. As a current or former member, you may be contacted to participate in this research.

We work with Research Solutions, one of the leading market research companies in Perth, who conduct research on our behalf.

Participation is optional and the information you provide remains anonymous.

GESB retirement research

We are currently undertaking research around retirement to help inform our Retirement Income Strategy, which aims to support members nearing, and in, retirement.

This study will ask members about their retirement needs.

Research Solutions has engaged Thinkfield to help recruit candidates for the study.

Member Services Satisfaction Survey

Our quarterly Member Services Satisfaction Survey asks members about their experience with GESB.

How will you be contacted to participate?

You will be contacted directly by Research Solutions via email, inviting you to participate. The email will include a link to the survey.

Retirement Options Service (ROS) appointment survey

Our monthly ROS appointment survey asks members who have used this service about their experience.

How will you be contacted to participate?

If you have attended a ROS appointment, you may be contacted directly by Research Solutions via email, inviting you to participate. The email will include a link to the survey.

Your privacy is protected

The information you provide will be anonymous unless you choose to share your contact details as part of your feedback. Once a survey has finished, Research Solutions will delete your contact details.
