How can I change my name?

For security reasons, you are not able to change your name in Member Online.

If you need to change your name, please download and complete the 'Change of details' form for your type of account:

• GESB Super, West State Super or Gold State Super form
• Retirement Income Allocated Pension form
• Retirement Income Term Allocated Pension form

As part of the process, you'll need to provide us with a certified copy of the documentation that supports your change of name, such as a marriage certificate, or deed poll document. See how to provide proof of identity for a full list of people who can certify your document.
