Update your email address if you’re an iiNet customer
If you use an iiNet or Westnet email address, you might already know that these companies are stopping their email services, so you may need to change your email address.
If you do, it’s important that you update your contact details with us to make sure you stay in touch with your super.
Which email addresses are affected?

How to update your email address
If you have a new email address, there are several ways you can update it. You can:

Use Member Online
Log in to your Member Online account to update your personal details.
However, you can only use Member Online to change your email address if you still have access to your old email address, or if we have your (Australian) mobile number so that you can complete our two-step identity check known as multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Once you’ve logged in, visit the ‘Personal details’ page by clicking on the person-shaped icon at the top right.
Contact our Member Services Centre
If you don’t have access to your old email address anymore, or if we don’t have your mobile number, you can contact us on 13 43 72 or use Live chat.
Complete a change of details form
You can also update your email address by completing our Change of details form.
You can submit the completed form to us by mail or fax.
