We’re updating your annual member statements
We’ve made some improvements to Member Online and your investment options, which means your next statement will look a little different.
You’ll still see the same important information about your account, with more details now available online instead.
To help you understand these changes, we recommend logging in to Member Online and having a copy of your previous statement handy.
You will no longer receive statement summaries
You can now find the information previously included in your statement summary in Member Online. It’s a secure and convenient way to access more detailed, up-to-date information about your account, all in one place. Please note that statement summaries from past years will no longer be available.
If you’re eligible to receive a retirement projection this year, it will be included in your full statement.
The pie chart under Investment details will be removed
Now that you can choose from many more investment options, we’ve updated how your investment mix is displayed so it’s clear and easy to read.
This information is available in Member Online, where you can see your investment mix in a stacked bar chart and table format.
GESB Super and West State Super members: your Contribution history and Withdrawal history will be simplified
Your future statements will only show the net amount contributed or withdrawn for each transaction.
Information about the investment option(s), unit price and number of units bought or sold per transaction can be found in Member Online.
Retirement Income Pension members: your Transaction history will be simplified
Your future statements will only show the amounts paid from your pension account. Information about the investment option(s), unit price and number of units bought or sold, including for investment switches, can be found in Member Online.
