Your annual member statement is coming
1 September 2023
Your annual member statement will soon be on its way to you.
We start sending statements in early October.
It’s important to read your statement
Your statement includes important information about your super, including your account balance and transaction history from 1 July to 30 June for the previous financial year.
It also provides information about your investment choice, any insurance benefits you may be entitled to and a summary of the money coming in and going out of your account, including fees.
This information will help you make informed decisions about your future, so make sure you set aside some time to review your statement.
Electronic statements
If you were registered to receive electronic communications from us by 30 June this year, you will receive an electronic statement.
We will email you a statement email, letting you know you can view your statement in Member Online. This email will include a personalised access link to your online member statement summary, which is designed to help you view your account details at a glance.
To help make sure your statement gets to you, it’s a good idea to check your contact details are up to date and we have the correct email address for you. You can check and change your contact details in Member Online at any time.
Paper statements
If you have opted out of receiving your account information electronically, or we didn’t have your email address on 30 June, we’ll send you a paper statement in the mail.
Register to receive an electronic statement next year
If you’d like to receive an electronic statement and statement summary next year, all you need to do is:
- Login or register for Member Online
- Once you’ve logged in, go to the ‘Personal details’ page, which can be found at the top right-hand side of your screen next to the envelope icon. Make sure your email address is up to date and choose ‘email’ as your preferred statement delivery option
