You can now download your eStatement and Annual Fund Update for the 2017/18 financial year.
Remember, we’re now paperless first
Paperless first means if we have your email address, you’ll receive your member statement and other important information about your account electronically, unless you’ve opted out. If you haven’t already, you’ll soon receive an email letting you know how to access your statement in Member Online.
If you chose to receive your account information by post before 30 June 2018, we’ll mail your paper statement and Annual Fund Update between 10 and 19 October.
You can change your communication preferences or provide your email address at any time in the ‘Personal details’ page of Member Online, or by calling us on 13 43 72. Please note that any changes made after 30 June won’t take effect until your next statement period.
If you haven’t received your statement by 31 October, please contact your Member Services Centre on 13 43 72 between 7.30am and 5.30pm (AWST), Monday to Friday.

Your member statement provides important information about your account, other than just your account balance.
