Laptop screen displaying a sample statement summary If you receive your annual member statement electronically, you will also receive an online statement summary, which provides an overview of all your important account details.

This will help you quickly review this information at a glance, before looking through your full member statement for more detail.

How do you access your statement summary?

When your statement is ready, we will send an email to your nominated email address with a personalised access link to your online statement summary as well as letting you know your full member statement is available to view in Member Online.

As this access link is unique to you, it’s important to keep this email as you’ll need it to access your summary in the future.

If you haven’t registered for electronic communications by 30 June, you won’t receive a statement summary. Instead, we’ll send you a printed version of your full annual member statement in the mail.

Your online statement summary shows:

  • Your current account balance, and total money in and out for the financial year
  • Your investment plan and details about its performance (if applicable)
  • Your insurance cover
  • Your estimated retirement income based on your current balance (if applicable)
  • Your estimated retirement date (if you’re nearing retirement)
  • Your personal details
  • Whether you’ve made a beneficiary nomination
  • A breakdown of the fees and costs of managing your account (if applicable)

You will also be able to toggle between this year and last, to make comparisons.

How to receive an electronic statement summary next year

If you would like to get an online statement summary next year and receive your member statement via email, you can either:

  • Log into Member Online and go to the 'Personal details' page, which can be found at the top right-hand side of your screen next to the envelope icon, and update your email and communication preferences

  • Call us on 13 43 72 between 7.30am - 5.30pm (AWST), Monday to Friday, or use our Live chat service
