We’ll be sending out member statements, along with our Annual Fund Update for the 2018/19 financial year, from 1 October.
You may have also seen that we’re introducing online member statement summaries, as another way to help you keep track of your retirement income.
Here are some key dates and other things to know about receiving your statement.
Your electronic statement will be available from 1 October
If you were registered for eStatements by 28 June 2019, we’ll email you when you can view your statement in Member Online and download your Annual Fund Update.
This statement email will also include a personalised link to your new online member statement summary. Your online statement summary is an interactive, visual summary of your account as at 30 June. It’s a quick and easy way for you to see the highlights of your full statement, at a glance.
Read our article to learn more about how your statement summary works.
We’ll be mailing paper statements from 17 October
If you opted out of receiving your account information electronically, or we didn’t receive your current email address by 28 June 2019, we’ll send you a paper statement and Annual Fund Update in the mail.
You won’t receive an online statement summary – but it’s easy to get access to a statement summary with your future statements. All you need to do is:
- Login or register for Member Online
- Once you’ve logged in, go to the ‘Personal details’ page, and make sure your email address is up to date and you have chosen ‘email’ as your statement delivery option
Please note that any changes you make around the end of June may not take effect until the next statement period.
