Where can I find my member number?

You can find your member number on:

  • Your member statement
  • Your welcome letter
  • Other letters or emails you have received from us

If you can’t use these documents to find your member number, you can call us on 13 43 72, Monday to Friday, from 7.30am until 5.30pm (AWST). For security reasons, we’ll need to verify your identity with a few questions before we provide your member number.
