How do I remove an authenticator or passkey in Member Online?

To remove an authenticator or passkey in Member Online, you’ll need to:

  1. Log in to Member Online
  2. Go to the Personal details page (select the person-shaped icon on the top right of the home screen)
  3. In the Security details section (scroll down, on the left side of the page), select ‘View or update your security options’
  4. On the Security settings page, scroll down to ‘Add or change your security option’
  5. Remove your chosen security option (select ‘Remove’ and follow the instructions)

Note: you will soon be required to have one authenticator or at least one passkey set up for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
