iiNet or Westnet customer? Add GESB to your safe senders list

Some members using iiNet or Westnet email addresses have told us that GESB emails are being sent to their junk or spam folders since The Messaging Company became their new email provider.
If your email account is now with The Messaging Company this means you may be missing important emails about your super account.
Check your spam or junk folder
Check your spam or junk folders for any emails you may have missed from us, so you can stay up to date with your account.
Add GESB as a safe sender
Adding GESB to your safe sender or allow/block lists will make sure important messages about your account always reach your inbox and don’t get lost in your spam or junk folders.
You can add GESB as a safe sender in your email contacts, using the gesb_noreply@gesb.wa.gov.au email address.
If you need more help on setting up a safe sender, please contact your email provider directly.
