How do I make an insurance claim?
If you need to make a claim, we're here to help.
There are two ways to start a claim:
Online
Log in to Member Online and go to the Insurance page. From here, you can follow the instructions in the How to make an insurance claim section.
Call us
We can start your claim and answer any questions you have . We're available on 13 43 72 between 7.30am and 5.30pm (AWST) , Monday to Friday.
