Looking after your mental health

Many Australians experience mental health challenges at some point in their lives. In fact, around 1 in 5 experience a mental illness each year.1

Despite this, getting support isn’t always easy – long wait times and high costs can mean people delay getting help, or don’t get support at all.2,3

At GESB, supporting our members means more than helping them grow their super. If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, low in mood, having trouble sleeping, or just not feeling like yourself, support is available – including access to discounted psychology appointments through our Insurer, AIA Australia.
