How to apply for a third party authority

You can apply for an authority, or arrange for your nominated ‘third party’ to do this on your behalf.

To apply, please download the Third party authority form. You can complete the form digitally, including your signature and email it back to us.

Third party authorities are valid for up to two years but may be withdrawn earlier.

If an authority is no longer valid, or you would like to extend an existing authority, you will need to contact us to provide a written update.
