Are statements the only documents in Member Online?

At the moment, your member statements are the only documents to appear in the document section of your Member Online inbox. For the last two completed financial years, we’ll also have a link for you to access your online statement summary. You won’t need to log in separately to access these, as you’ve already logged into Member Online with your password.

In the future, we’ll be adding important letters about your account to your inbox. When a new document has arrived, you will notice the inbox icon (an envelope) shows the number of unread items.
