Can I use my email address to login to Member Online?

If you’re already registered, you’ll need to use your member number as your username to log in for the first time. After that, if you’d rather use your email address instead of your member number to login to your Member Online account, you can update your username in the personal details section.

If you share your email address with another member and one of you chooses this email address as your username, the other person will need to use their member number as their username.
