Why do I need to complete a two-step security check to update my details?

We’ve introduced this two-step security check – known as multi-factor authentication (MFA) – to help make sure you are the only one who can make changes to your details.

It’s a simple process. When you request any changes to your account, we’ll send a security code to your mobile number or email address. You’ll then need to enter this one-time security code into Member Online (as prompted) to update your personal details.
