Annual Member Meeting online help guide
This guide is designed to help you join, ask questions and navigate our online Annual Member Meeting. Find out how to:
Check your browser compatibility
The supported browsers for this meeting are:
- Chrome – version 44 & 45 and after
- Edge – 92.0 and up

Join the meeting
Follow these steps to join the meeting from your computer, tablet or mobile device:
Step 1: Click the ‘Join Annual Member Meeting’ button in the reminder email we sent to you or on our Annual Member Meeting page.
Step 2: Enter your details including your full name, mobile number and email address.
Step 3: Confirm you have read and accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box provided.
Step 4: Click the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 5: Under the ‘Member details’ tab, select your ‘Registration type’ from the dropdown box. Please note: if you log in as a guest, you won’t be able to ask questions.

Step 6: Enter your member number and click ‘Register’.
Step 7: You have now joined our Annual Member Meeting. You will be able to view the meeting on the left side of the screen, the presentation slides on the right side and the ‘Ask a question’ boxes at the top and bottom of the screen.

Ask a question
To ask a question, you must have logged in as a ‘member’ rather than a ‘guest’ and have provided your member number.
You can ask a question before or during the meeting. Follow these steps to ask a question:
Step 1: Click the ‘Ask a question’ box at the top or bottom of the screen.

Step 2: The ‘Ask a question’ box will then appear for you to complete.

Step 3: Use the ‘Regarding’ drop down box to select the ‘General business’ question category.
Step 4: Type your question into the ‘Question’ section. There is a limit of 532 characters with spaces.
Step 5: Click the ‘Submit question’ button.
Step 6: Once you have asked a question, a ‘View questions’ box will appear. This shows you all of the questions you have submitted. Only you can see the questions you have asked.

View closed captions
Closed captions (CC) allow you to see a text version of the audio content in the Annual Member Meeting. They make video accessible to people who are deaf and hard of hearing.
To turn on closed captions
Click on the ‘CC’ button at the bottom of your screen.
Closed caption text should appear as an overlay on the left.
