How we're keeping in touch

Here’s how we’re keeping in touch with you.

We're 'paperless first'

'Paperless first' means:

  • If we have your email address or we receive an email address for you in the future, we’ll provide your member statement, Annual Fund Update and other important information or notifications about your account electronically
  • You’ll receive an email when important information is available on our website or through Member Online. We’ll let you know where to find the information and how to access it.
  • For any communications that have personal details, such as statements and statement summaries, we’ll either ask you to login to our secure Member Online service or confirm your identity before accessing the information

With ‘paperless first’, you’ll receive all the same information but it helps us to keep fees and costs for your account down. You’ll have easy access to all of your member statements and important information in one place – and less paper can help to reduce the impact on the environment.

This also means you won’t receive information about your account in the mail unless you choose to. You can do this by updating your communication preferences in the ‘personal details’ page of Member Online – or contact us through Live chat or call 13 43 72 and we can help.

You’ll receive an annual statement

Since most of your account information is readily available on this website and in Member Online, you will receive your member statements annually.

Your statement covers the 12 months ending 30 June and includes current account information and transactions made during the relevant financial year.

How to check and update your email address

Please make sure we have your current email address to receive important information from us electronically.

To check and update your email address and personal details, you can either:

  • Login to Member Online and select the ‘Personal details’ tab
  • Use Live chat or call us on 13 43 72 and we can help

You can also use any of the options above to change your communication preferences at any time. Please note, if you choose to opt out of receiving your statements and important communications electronically, we may still email you other information you may find useful, such as invitations to our webinars or seminars. To opt out of all electronic communications from us, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
