How we're keeping in touch

Here’s how we’re keeping in touch with you.
We're 'paperless first'
'Paperless first' means:
- If we have your email address or receive an email address for you in the future, we’ll provide your annual member statement, and most communications about your account electronically
- You’ll receive an email when your statement is available in our secure Member Online service, with information on how to access it
- You can choose to receive your statement in the mail by updating your communication preferences in Member Online – or by contacting us on 13 43 72 or through Live chat.
With ‘paperless first’, you’ll receive all the same information, but it helps us to keep fees and costs for your account down. You’ll have easy access to all of your member statements in one place – and less paper can help to reduce the impact on the environment.
You can update your communication preferences in Member Online – or contact us through Live chat or call 13 43 72 and we can help.
Please note, some correspondence about your account can only be sent by mail. If we have your mobile number, we may occasionally send you essential information by SMS. We encourage you to keep your personal details up to date, so we can contact you when necessary.
You’ll receive an annual statement online
Since most of your account information is readily available on this website and in Member Online, you will receive your member statement electronically unless you change your communication preferences.
Your statement covers the 12 months ending 30 June and includes current account information and transactions made during the relevant financial year.
How to update your email address and communication preferences
Please make sure we have your current email address to receive your statement and other communications from us electronically.
To check and update your email address and personal details, you can either:
- Login to Member Online and select the person icon on the top right-hand side of your screen to go to the Personal details page
- Use Live chat or call us on 13 43 72 and we can help
You can also use any of the options above to change your communication preferences at any time.
Please note, if you choose to opt out of receiving your statements electronically, we may still email you other information you may find useful, such as invitations to our webinars or seminars.
To opt out of all electronic communications from us, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
